AC Milan have been banned from playing Europa league next season

AC milan has been banned from playing europa laegue next season of 2019/20 by FFP(Financial Fair Play)  breaches, AC Milan have finished in the fifth position in the serie A for the previous season that position was sending AC Milan to the EUROPA champions league due to the reason for being banned their position will be taken  over by AS Roma who will directly being envolved in the EUROPA League group stage and their position for the qualifying in the EUROPA league wil be taken over by the Torino who have been placed in the seventh position. AC milan previously  have been appealed about the breaking of the spending rule that they done in the years 2015 and 2017 they have been appealed in the 2018  as the UEFA regulation states any club that  making losses beyond the permitted limits over a three years period faces possibe sanctions and in some circumstances. For that reason AC Milan will be allowed to play the champions league after the finshing up of the next season up to the season of 2020/21. The seven times winners of the European cup they have reach the agreenment for being withdrawn from the Champions league in the next season although  they have been finished in the fifth position in their league so their position wil be taken by others
